Carol Warren made her debut in the classic John Cassavetes drama The Killing of a Chinese Bookie (1976). It’s the story of a proud strip club owner who comes to terms with his gambling addiction, which means, of course, that it mostly takes place in a strip club. That’s where Carol comes in, not exactly topless, but not exactly not either. She has a stop that is made of streamers so her big breasts just pop on through, but her nipples are covered in some of the biggest, red pasties we’d ever seen. They look like rejects from the Russian space program, but it’s still very hot. Cassavetes must have liked her, because he cast her in his next film Opening Night (1977), but after that Carol disappeared from the business we call show.
