Bracken's World

Here’s a show that a lot of people have forgotten. Bracken’s World featured Century Studios boss John Bracken (Warren Stevens, then Leslie Nielsen), a man that dominated the lives of all around him, from mega-stars to wanna-be’s. The series was filmed at 20th Century Fox Studios in LA and was littered with cameo appearances by celebrities of the day, but despite the appearance of Leslie Nielsen, it was very much a drama – not a comedy. Raquel Welch and Sally Field both appeared as special guest stars, while series regulars Jeanne Cooper, Linda Harrison, and Eleanor Parker went on to show flesh in other projects.
