Between Brothers

James and Charles Gordon (Dondre Whitfield and Kadeem Hardison) have it all – they’re young, they’re good looking, but they still have conflict between them. Charles is a doctor, a workaholic doctor at that, while James is a total pussy-hound. They are joined by their college buddies, a local TV weatherman (Kelly Perine) and a bitter divorcee (Tommy Davidson) in debt to two ex-wives. Hot chocolate on legs, Rachel Crawford, co-starred in this short-lived series, which bounced around like a pinball when Fox dumped it at the end of the first season. It turned up a year later on UPN, airing some second season episodes and re-running some from season one, but that was basically a death rattle for a show that never found an audience.
