Life & Beth (2022)

We all know that person whose life looks incredible on paper and Beth (Amy Schumer) is that person in her friend group.  Based on a semi-autobiographical take on Amy's life, Life & Beth follows the almost 40 year old woman who seemingly has it all.  She works as a wine distributor, has a good looking boyfriend and a nice condo in Manhattan, and she has plenty of supportive friends.  After a sudden incident with her boyfriend, Beth decides that she is not as happy as she thinks she is and needs some changes. So she dumps her man and goes on the hunt for new motivation in life, turning to her alcoholic father (Michael Rapaport) to help remember her teen years better only to realize that they weren't that sunny.  So she leaves to city to discover herself and what makes her happy, meeting an odd farmer John (Michael Cera), who inspires new levels of hope.  Amy Schumer gets down to her bra a couple of times in the star-studded series from Hulu, but alas, no nudity from the comedic force in this one!
