Behind the Screen

In 1981, this drama series went inside the microcosmic world of the cast and crew of the fictional daytime soap opera, Generations. Looking in on the life of the creator of the show, Gerry Holmby (Joshua Bryant), we get to see his family and how messed up they are. Which is what we really want out of TV, messed up shit, right? Wrong. This series died a death a couple of months after it began, despite the presence of such top notch totty as Janine Turner and Mandingo’s own Debbi Morgan. That’s inexcusable, because we here at Skin Towers would watch them if they were torturing puppies. We couldn’t help it. It would just be our manhood talking. “wooo-man!”
