Barbara Sukowa has been called strikingly beautiful. This German actress is certainly stroking-ly beautiful. She broke into acting as the protégée of director Rainer Werner Fassbinder, who cast her (and undressed her) in Frauen in New York (1977) and Lola (1981). She went on to catch the eyes (and flies) of other famous men, such as French pop-star-turned-director Serge Gainsbourg in his Équateur (1983) and Michael Cimino in The Sicilian (1987), Barbara’s breast look onscreen. She’s still working, most recently in Hierankl (2003), so we can still keep on stroking!
