Amy Madigan is married to man-enough-to-be-bald Ed Harris. She's one of those actor's actors who has been active in theater and cinema for years. That means she's no star, which may have to do with her un-Barbie-like looks. But Mr. Skin still thinks she's a doll. She may not look like Pamela Lee, but who would throw her out of bed for eating crackers? Unless you wanted to do her on the floor--kinky. She made her debut in the made-for-TV teenage-angst drama Crazy Times (1981) before heading to the big screen in the lead role of Love Child (1982), which garnered her much critical acclaim but left her without many openings in Tinseltown. She finally got Hollywood to notice in Field of Dreams (1989) as Kevin Costner's stalwart wife. Then came the meatier role as John Candy's girlfriend in Uncle Buck (1989). She courted controversy as Sarah Weddington in the TV movie Roe vs. Wade (1989). But we prefer Amy nekkid onscreen. Her skin debut was with soon-to-be hubby Harris in Alamo Bay (1985). The brief flash of her itty-bitty titties paled in comparison to her full-frontal, semi-lesbianic turn in Female Perversions (1996). In that film she joined Tilda Swinton, who happened to be fully clothed, in a bathtub. It sure beats her voiceover in Ken Burns's Jazz.
