Japanese actress Yoko Shimada has been appearing in films since the early 1960s. While she is probably best remembered by American audiences for her role as Lady Today Buntaro in the 1980 miniseries Shogun with Richard Chamberlain, she has appeared in countless tv series and films in her native Japan. One of her most memorable screen appearances was in Crying Freeman (1995), a French martial arts film starring Iron Chef America Chairman Mark Dacascos. She delivered her first and only topless scene in the film, flashing her flappers to a guy as she emerges from behind a curtain. Though she's had many struggles in both her personal and professional life, Yoko still manages to drive us loco!
