The Billboard Music Awards are a smorgasbord of chart-toppers and top popsters and sexy songbirds in tight tops. The broad-filled broadcast, which began in 1990, honors the year's winners in record sales. It's the ultimate popularity contest, and when a songstress like Rihanna shows up barely covered up to claim her award, it's not hard to see why she's so popular. And it's not hard to get hard either!
