The Amityville Terror (2016)

This iteration of Amityville isn't a part of the original 1979 franchise, but it does follow the plot you likely know and love, to an extent: A family decides to move into a surprisingly cheap house in the town of Amityville, and they immediately start to sense a dark presence in the house. There are rumors that something is off circulating around town, and a little girl claims there is already a person - or an entity - living there. Soon enough, the violence ramps up, with multiple members of the family wielding (and getting) the ax. This rendition was written by actress and star Amanda Barton, who shows boobs, butt, and bush during a possessed painting scene and then almost gets killed topless in the bathtub. The evil landlady (Tonya Kay) goes topless while she gets banged on the counter during a scene, and Kim Nielsen shows off major cleavage in her lingerie when her husband bangs her. One thing is for sure: The Amityville Terror will scare the pants right off you!
