Sexy siren from South Carolina Tara Killian is one gorgeous gal. She started dance lessons when she was just two years old and learned to read by age three. Thanks to her equal interests in acting and in medicine, her family nicknamed her "Doc Hollywood." After she was crowned Miss United States Teen, Tara pursued a Bachelors of the Arts in Music at the College of Charleston on a full academic and music scholarship. While there, she was pre-accepted into medical school, but by the time Tara was a college senior, her acting career had started taking off. She earned a co-starring role on an episode of Dawson's Creek in 1988 (unsurprisingly, she played a beauty pageant contestant), and after deferring med school for a couple of years, Tara dropped her doctor dreams and headed to New York City to become a star. And for this tantalizing former teen beauty queen, toiling in background anonymity was just not going to do.
