Strip 'n Run (1998)

The gangster life has many attractions; at least it does as viewed through the media of television and silver screen. The celluloid thug never worries about punching a nine-to-five clock, he always has plenty of cash in his clip, he avoids awkward moments of running into antagonists from his past (because he has killed them all), and his place of business, especially in a film titled Strip ’n Run (1998), is generally a bar where comely young women are paid to be on hand to take off their clothes. Still, despite these seemingly idyllic conditions, conflicts do arise, hard choices must be made, alliances will be tested, betrayal is a constant. Who will be left standing and who will lie bleeding as the credits roll is as much a question of luck and fate as of will and guile.
