Described in another review as “if Tarantino made a [series] about Instagram”, this Russian black comedy centers on a young married couple, Polina (Alyona Mikhailova) and Nikita (Peter Skvortsov) who work together at an agency that promotes fashion bloggers and social media influencers. Polina’s been getting miffed that her husband’s attention has been drifting away from her and onto all the hot chicks whose photos he likes on Instagram, especially a client of theirs known on the web as Vegan-Diva (Yana Koshkina). Polina’s frustration leads to violent fantasies about killing her husband while he has sex with tasty tarts like Regina Todorenko’s Kira Krauch, but it’s only when she breaks his expensive bicycle in real life that she starts to feel better. Can you see where this is going? Yep, the fake murders accidentally turn to real murders, and in a weird yet predictable twist, it reignites their passion and breathes new life into their flailing relationship - while also making their lives hella complicated, as murder does. Alyona has some out-of-focus nudity in the shower and a few sexy scenes in lacy undergarments. Regina bares her soapy seat while bathing, and there’s a duo of boobage from a henna-covered Anna Popova when a guy imagines her to be Ekaterina Steblina. In the digital age, very little is kept secret - even when it comes to skin!
