Seeds of Yesterday (2015) isn’t the crusty stuff that’s left on your bedsheets after a night of debauchery. Instead, it’s the sequel to the television movie If There Be Thorns (2014). Both films were shown on Lifetime TV. Yet if you really want to get into the weeds, you’ll know that each of these dramas are based on books in the Dollanganger series. Written by Virginia C. Andrews, the novel to film franchise kicked off with the bestseller “Flowers in the Attic” (1979). As the saga concludes, Seeds of Yesterday sees the Foxworth Mansion rebuilt. It is then given to 25 year-old Bart Sheffield (James Maslow) of the long-suffering and cursed Dollanganger clan. Similar to the torment inflicted on the mom/aunt Cathy (Rachael Carpani) and dad/uncle Chris (Jason Lewis) Dollanganger, the film focuses on recovered psych patient Bart and his incompatible half-brother Jory (Anthony Konechny). The small screen production also includes Andrew Herr, Nikohl Boosheri, and Melodie Marquet’s perfect pokies! If that’s not arousing enough, check out Sammi Hanratty as Bart’s adopted teenage sister Cindy. Mr. Skin wholeheartedly welcomes the addition of this character to the drama since the curvaceous babe struts her stuff in everything from a boob-hugging brassiere and butt-swallowing ruffled-panties to an itsy bitsy teeny weeny purple-patterned bikini. No doubt, your floatation device will be inflated when Sammi jumps into the pool. Even without flashing her cans, the gorgeous gal’s wet body will make a splash on you. In other words, only the Dollangangers can make sk-incest this sexy!
