Parallel Me (2025)

It’s the first episode of this German miniseries and Toni Falk (Malaya Stern Takeda, star of Amazon Prime's Love Addicts) is already about to hit rock bottom. She screws up at work and gets fired, her best friend Bea Laverde (Larissa Sirah Herden) is ready to drop her selfish ass, she runs into her ex Jonas (David Kross), her family is upset with her, and her room has been turned into a home sauna. But Toni is about to be saved by the magic of the holidays when she receives a scarf from Ariadne (Maria Schrader) - the “Quarter Goddess” of Greek mythology, named so because of her complicated lineage. Toni learns that every time she pulls a string from the scarf, she’ll be transported into a parallel universe where’s she’s living a different version of her life. They all seem to correspond to different decisions she’s made over the years. One version has her living with Bea in Bali and running a sailing school, in another she studied music and is a pop star in Thailand, there’s even one where she stayed with Jonas and started a family. You get the gist. It’s just a way for Toni to realize not only what her life is lacking but also to examine what it is she truly wants her life to be. What we want is more great looks at Malaya’s mams! There’s one great scene where she takes off her bra and plops her pair into bed for some finger lickin’ good sex, but but that’s all the nudity there seems to be. You could say Malaya’s left us hanging by a thread!
