On the Air

On the Air was a comedy series with episodes directed by such acclaimed filmmakers as David Lynch, Betty Thomas, and Jack Fisk, the husband of Sissy Spacek and thus father of their lovely daughter Schuyler Fisk (at least that’s what he claims to be). Be that as it may, despite also being co-written and co-produced by Lynch, On the Air was taken off the air after only four episodes--although seven episodes were originally produced. The story took place in 1957 and focused on the cast and crew of the Lester Guy Show, a gang extremely apprehensive about their upcoming live television broadcast. Especially anxious is host and star Lester Guy (Ian Buchanan), who’s been in a bad mood ever since his fellow cast member Betty Hudson (Marla Rubinoff) has become more popular than he is. Thus Lester intends to get rid of his rival by destroying her career...  Nudity Report: None, but leading lady Nancye Ferguson showed tits, ass, and a hint of bush in the artsy fartsy flick Flying With the Angels.
