The Start of Natalie Morales’ Career

Natalie made her pro acting debut in a 2006 episode of CSI: Miami. Her next role was in the video game Pimp My Ride (2006), based on the MTV reality show of the same name. Natural Natalie got her big break in 2008 when she starred on the ABC Family series The Middleman. Adapted from the comic book, she appeared in 12 episodes as Wendy Watson the same year she also starred in an executive produced a web series called Quitters. But Natalie is no quitter, and she would soon find herself guesting on some of the boob tube’s most popular shows, such as The Newsroom (2012), Girls (2014-2015), Grace and Frankie (2017), and even The Young and the Restless (2022).

Natalie scored big with her recurring role on the USA Network drama White Collar, but became an even bigger hit with television fans everywhere when she she played the lovable girlfriend of Aziz Ansari's character on Parks & Rec. Since then she’s become a familiar face on the small screen with lengthy roles on shows with a little less staying power but still nontable nonetheless, like Trophy Wife (2013-2014), The Grinder (2015-2016), and Santa Clarita Diet (2017-2019), and even played the titular lead on a sitcom called Abby’s about a woman who opens a bar in her backyard. But we had still yet to see Natalie’s back or front, even when she made the move to feature films such as Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps (2010), Going the Distance (2010), Battle of the Sexes (2017), and the raucous comedy No Hard Feelings, which has Jennifer Lawrence going fully nude in a beach fight but has no skin whatsoever from Natalie. She’s even become a big name in VoiceOver work, recording characters in Bojack Horseman (2017-2018), Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018), and the new Rugrats series (2021-2023).
