Mia Frost is a writer and actress. She is best known for her roles in Lilah and the Alien (2004), The Best of Me (2014), and How to Sex Your Snake (2009). Mia’s first credit is as Gail in Hide and Creep (2004), a film about a small town in the South that becomes overrun with zombies and aliens.
