Biography

Her acting resume may be small, but Italian dame Maria Antonietta Beluzzi makes up for it with her huge, enormous, absolutely amazing breasts. Those natural wonders caught the eye of no less a talent than Federico Fellini, who gave the actress her first part, an uncredited role in his film 8-1/2 in 1963. Maria followed that up with a bigger role as the character Beatrice in La vita Provvisoria (1963), or The Provisional Life. After sneaking away from the movie life for a full decade, Fellini once again sought out the beyond-buxom Maria to cast her in his comedy drama Amarcord (1973). Playing to her amazing assets, one of the most humorous scenes revolved around Maria’s huge bosom. Playing a smoking tobacconist, the breast-blessed star pulls her big girls from a fuzzy sweater and proceeds to smother a lucky man's face in their great expanse. Maria is even featured in the trailer for the movie, as one of the “guilty pleasure” reasons to see the film. Her considerable talents impressed more than the famous Italian director, as she was cast in seven more films throughout her career, including Gertrude in Erotomania (1974); Mamma Rosa in Ante Up (1974), where Maria’s face and cleavage are featured on the movie poster, wearing blue and clutching a man’s head in a reminiscent throwback to Amarcord; Maria Vincenzoni, aka “King Kong,” in Di che segno sei? (1975), or What’s Your Sign?; Signorina Barzuacchi in Il giustiziere di mezzogiorno (1975), or The Midday Executioner; Simone, l’affitacamere (the landlord) in Take All of Me (1976); the wife of Luigi in Per amore di Cesarina(1976), or For the Love of Cesarina; and her final film role as Evelina De Vitis in L’inquilina del piano di sopra, or The Tenant Upstairs, in 1978. The mighty Maria passed away in 1997 at the age of 67.
