Born in Germany, raised in barbecue country, Lisa Cangelosi goes by the name of Lisa Cassidy these days, but she’s clearly a talented little Texas Girl--and one who’s not afraid to shed some threads should the screenplay demand it. Originally the singer for a pop group called Sirens (and Up with People!), Lisa made her onscreen (and skinema) debut with Hide and Seek (1994). She followed that up with large roles in small films (Dust to Dust , She Fought Alone ) and tiny roles in big films. (She was Cigar Girl in Woody Allen’s Everyone Says I Love You and Supermarket Clerk in Bruce Almighty . . . only she got snipped out of the final cut!) Presently, Ms. Cassidy and her actor husband have taken to producing their own indie flicks. Lisa seems to keep reinventing herself, which is great, especially if it means more opportunities for nakedness!
