TV viewers may remember Leslie Bega as the grade-obsessed high-school student Maria Borges on ABC's Head of the Class in the late '80s. She holds a special place in our heart-ons here at Skin Central for Time of Her Time (1999), based on a book by infamous sleaze writer Norman Mailer. It's a hoot of a performance, with Leslie's hooters flopping all over the place, her perfect posterior, and even a fleeting flash of fur. But that was only an appetizer for her kinky main dish on The Sopranos as Valentina La Paz, the mistress of Ralph Cifaretto (Joe Pantoliano) whom Tony Soprano (James Gandolfini) steals away. Leslie worked with Pantoliano to create the perverted backstory for their characters' S&M relationship. "We sat down, and the stuff that came out of this man's imagination was so outlandish," she says. "I couldn't even tell you if I wanted to because I don't think you can legally print it."
