Born in Shanghai, China in 1996, Leah was adopted by a Florida couple who moved her to the states at just 6 months old. Leah started in the world of ballet when she was just a kid, training all over central Florida, but when she landed a TV bread commercial, which then propelled her into even more national TV gigs for stuff like Disneyland and Kraft! While the commercials definitely paid the bills, it wasn't until She got some TV gigs that she started to get recognized more and more. She did an episode of The New Adventures of Old Christine, the TV movie Fred 3: Camp Fred (2012), and then landed a recurring role on Sing It!. So she was getting plenty of credits to her name before she really ramped up her career with one of the leading roles on Guidance in 2015. Since then she's also been on The Good Doctor, Charmed, Station 19, and starred in The Half of It (2020). That's all well and good, but it took until her role on the new and naughty Nancy Drew, where she plays George, to come our way.
