Curly hair, bronzed skin, and a willingness to bare her breasts, Kris Donta could easily be the star of everyone’s next fantasy. Although the nubile starlet only has one credit on her acting resume, it’s a doozy of a film. She stars as the character Ebony in the action, drama, horror flick Amazon Hot Box (2018). The film won Best Exploitation Feature at the Arizona Underground Film Festival, Best Trash Feature Film at The Optical Theatre Festival, and Best Grindhouse Feature Film at The Yellow Fever Independent Film Festival—which should give you a pretty good idea of the type of movie this really is. The plot centers around innocent Penny, who gets accidentally thrown into an evil woman’s prison in the Amazon jungle. She befriends Kris’s character Ebony, and together with another chick along for the ride, the three are determined to survive nasty inmates, voodoo experiments, and the evils of the prison matron and her wicked torture machine. The poster for the flick features all three girls wearing skin-tight and tattered prison-stripe tank dresses, with Ebony offering up obscene amounts of cleavage, wielding not one, but two machine guns, the tagline for the movie sprawled across the top, “When Life Is Cheap, You Bust Out!” (Get it? Bust out? She’s busting out of her dress with her bust? Could be just Mr. Skin…) In the movie itself, Kris’s titillating twosome aren’t quite so large, but they are spectacular to see naked when she’s in the shower room, gabbing with fellow topless inmates. Best film, indeed.
