Kinvig

Oh those wacky 80’s sci-fi series… The British production Kinvig undoubtedly belongs to the list of less successful efforts since it was cancelled after only seven episodes. Initially broadcast between September and October 1981, it told the story of Des Kinvig (Tony Haygarth), the owner of an electrical repair shop. Des is a rather normal guy except for one thing: he occasionally spots UFOs. His life takes a turn when he discovers that the lovely Miss Griffin (Prunella Gee) is actually an alien and that she has come to Earth in order to prevent it from being invaded by another alien. The only question remaining is whether this entire scheme is actually true or only the product of Des’ vivid imagination? As for nudity – none is present, but leading lady Prunella Gee can be seen wearing only a pair of skimpy panties and a rather transparent bra in the series Hammer House of Horror where she gave a guest gig. Oh, geeze…
