Gillian didn't appear on screen in that flick. In fact, she never appeared on screen in anything she directed until her feature directorial debut I Blame Society (2020) where she explored all of the themes that go into making a film. The semi-autobiographical tale tells the story of an indie filmmaker named Gillian who determines that planning a film is a lot like plotting a murder, and puts her expert skills to a whole new use!
