Deadloch (2023)

When a dead body is discovered on the beach in a small Australian town, senior sergeant Dulcie Collins (Kate Box) needs to break out the big guns to solve the case. But instead of a smart, no-nonsense hotshot, we get the vulgar, and arguably idiotic, Detective Eddie Redcliffe (Madeleine Sami, also one of the writers). Created by the Ozzie answer The Daniels, Kate McCartney and Kate McLennan, or “the Kates,” the show combines mirth and mystery - and a fair bit of skin, especially in episode three when there’s a fully nude photo shot featuring a whole beach full of bare naked ladies! Plus Box’s Collins is a lesbian who attempts to munch her wife’s box before the dog interrupts. We’re glad somebody’s finally putting the ass in T-ass-mania!
