Cop Rock

Now legendary as one of the silliest misfires ever to grace the small screen, Cop Rock was to producer Stephen Bochco what The Last Action Hero was to Arnold Schwarzenegger. In other words, a turkey of massive proportions. All it would have taken to prevent this stunning joke was one guy sitting in the corner. He could have spoken up and said “Um, sir? The concept of TV cops SINGING to one another is nothing short of moronic. Not only will people not tune in but they’ll mock us mercilessly without having seen the show!” Needless to say, this show fizzled audibly and was poorly brought-to-life as it was poorly conceived.
