A brunette pixie with hazel eyes and a jill-of-all-trades attitude, Cassidy Layton is a girl on the go, and sometimes she goes straight on to your television screen. Originally from Vero Beach, Floriday, the foxy female turned bi-coastal and spends her time flipping between Brooklyn, NY, and Los Angeles, CA. Comely Cassidy made her debut on the little screen as Trump in late-night talk show Full Frontal with Samantha Bee in 2017. She then portrayed Lisa Valdez in the TV series documentary On the Case with Paula Zahn in 2019, and was a hopeful patient on FOX’s primetime medical drama series New Amsterdam. In 2020, she appeared on the Amazon original series Hunters, in the role of Chava Apfelbaum, a young woman forced to play as a naked human piece in a sadistic Nazi chess game. (Sometimes nudity is no fun.) The cutie has also snagged a guest spot on Apple TV’s Severance in 2022, directed by Ben Stiller, and was show regular Zoe on the web series Solve HQ in 2021. Elsewhere, Cassidy has shot commercials for Burger King, ZocDoc, eBay, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and others, and has been on stage in multiple theatre productions. On her personal website, the 5’6” multi-talent shares that she sings, writes short stories, poems, plays, and podcasts, and plays guitar, flute, ukulele, bass, and piano. And just to make sure she’s covering all her bases, and getting stuff done that’s gotta be done, she’s also a freelance UX/UI designer. And performs on the flying trapeze. And can juggle.
