Carré Otis's career has certainly seen its ups and downs . . . and ins and outs! After several years reigning high on the fashion-model circuit, Carré took a shot at acting with her soon-to-be ex-husband Mickey Rourke in Wild Orchid (1990), which raised more than a few eyebrows for their said-to-be less-than-simulated sex sequence. Unfortunately, her career quickly came tumbling down, both in the modeling realm and in Hollywood, when her battle with bulimia reached epic proportions and she nearly died from a heroin overdose. By 1996, though, Carré had pulled herself back together and, better still, has continued to take her clothes off. She's since returned to modeling (with a much more robust figure) and even landed an acting gig opposite Rourke, of all people, in Exit in Red (1996). She's also added to her skinful features with a hooter flash in Under Heavy Fire (2001), so it looks as if Carré's career is back on the breast track that we could have hoped for!
