This was actually a decent little series, made in Canada, about a talk radio host (Roberta Maxwell), her father (Roland Hewgill) and her daughter (Ingrid Veninger). Of course, being as it’s Canadian, a central theme is family conflict, dealing with being stuck somewhere you don’t want to be but miss when you leave, learning how to accept each other's differences of opinion, blah blah. In the second season of the series a second character was introduced, a cousin (Christopher Bolton) whose parents are away in Saudi Arabia – cue more conflicts as another egg is thrown into the soufflé.  So what’s the skin score on this show? Not a high one. Of the cast, only Ingrid Veninger has shown her pooter on the big screen before and she waited until she was much less than attractive before she did so. Sorry Ingrid but you know the score. You couldn’t have looked less attractive in On Their Knees if you’d been freshly slapped. I’m sure your personality makes up for it though…
