20 Cigarettes (2010)

An Italian filmmaker is called abroad to work on a movie in 20 Cigarettes (2010). Aureliano (Vinicio Marchioni) is an assistant director desperate for a gig when he receives an offer to work on a project in war-torn Iraq. He needs the money, so he accepts, but this job just may kill Aureliano faster than the cigarette perpetually dangling from his lips. Even if you don't smoke, you'll be craving a cigarette after you get a glimpse of Carolina Crescentini's cans as she changes clothes in the bathroom.
