Menina Casilda (2023)

Set in Madrid during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic lockdowns, Menina Casilda (2023) opens with 35 year old out of work actor Diego (Alvaro De Paz) abducting Sara (Paula Varela), a twenty year old law student, from her apartment. What seems sinister at first soon softens a bit as we discover that Diego is an avid film lover whose pandemic project is recreating his favorite films, but he needs Sara's help in doing so. Dude, if your intentions weren't sinister, you could've just, you know, asked her first. 

It turns out, he does a damn good job of recreating some of these classic movies, as we can see from a scene he re-stages from the Oscar winning classic The Graduate (1967), where Luisa Fernandez stands in for Mrs. Robinson in the infamous seduction scene, baring her boobs and buns in the process! Throw in a brief peek at Paula Varela's bare breasts in the shower and this might just be a movie worth recreating yourself!
