The Get Down (2016-2017)

The latest from Baz Luhrmann, The Get Down is a Netflix original series recounting the (fictional, but historically accurate enough) history of hip hop in the 1970s Bronx. The impressive cast creatives a smattering of plot lines, from the ambitious singer with a preacher father to the homeless but talented lyricist and aspiring DJ. The result in a musically driven tribute to hip hop, disco, and punk music as they emerged from New York City. One of the cast members is Herizen F. Guardiola, who plays the aforementioned sexy singer and love interest in the show. She doesn't get totally nude (yet), but does strip down to her underwear more than once! You'll be getting down . . . with yourself.
