The Collectors (1999)

The Collectors (1999) is a failure on so many levels, it's endlessly amusing. The film stars Casper Van Dien and former L.A. Laker Rick Fox as low level thugs working for a New Orleans mobster who sends them to New York City to collect on a debt. Since neither Fox nor Van Dien is good at action or comedy, it's tough to know what the filmmakers were going for. One thing that can't be denied, though, is the terrific topless scene from brunette beauty Daniella Ferrera!
