An arcade classic makes the leap from video game to slick action flick in Tekken. In the year 2039, the evil Tekken corporation controls a network of futuristic slums in a world decimated by war. Jin Kazama (John Foo), whose mother was killed by Tekken’s goons, vows to get his revenge by kilingl Grand Master Mishima (Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa) in the company’s “King of the Iron Fist” tournament. When the tournament turns deadly, Jin and street-fighting femme Christie Montiero (Kelly Overton) unite to dispense some bone-crunching, spine-snapping justice. Tekken is stacked with video game vixens who press all the right buttons.
