Still The King (2016)

Admit it: You were waiting for Billy Ray Cyrus to resurface. And resurface he did in a comedy about a one-hit wonder star out to reclaim his indentity. It's shockingly self-aware for the man behind "Achy Breaky Heart", but the story doesn't exactly mirror his squeaky clean Hannah Montana image. He plays Vernon Brownmule, who gets drunk and hits a country church's sign. After he's jailed up, he's assigned work as that very church's handyman, except he bails and decides to pretend he's their new minister instead. Classic! He also hasn't lost his country star charm and manages to get most of the local women out of their clothes and into his room—women like Jlynn Johnson, who strips down to her underwear and bares her very fit bod. We can't argue with him—Cyrus's character is obviously still the king.
