Ex Machina
One of the modern sci-fi classics to hit skinema in the past decade is definitely Ex Machina. Featuring an array of sexy cyborgs like Sonoya Mizuno and Alicia Vikander, this film is about a wealthy tech genius developing hot sex companions for men like him. However, the hot ladies may have developed wills of their own - or at least Alicia Vikander's character has appeared to!
Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery
Honestly, the fembots walked so that Ex Machina could run. Cheryl Bartel and Cindy Margolis play blonde, big-boobed bimbos who look like the perfect babes. That is until they start firing bullets from their nipples! This was a funny and sexy take on feminine robots that had our hero feeling horny, baby, yeah. We felt that way, too!
While the babes did not go nude in the movie, I would be remiss not to mention the fembots. When I think "sexy robots", I think of fembots. Plus, Austin Powers remains a comedy classic. It is definitely a staff picks with or without nudity.

This 1995 flick from Japan features a ton of nudity. This movie finally answers the question: What if Terminator was filled with hot Asian sex workers who use their bodily wiles instead of weapons? That's what happens here! Sexy robots are sent from the future to seduce and destroy mankind's last hope for survival. Kei Mizutani plays one of many gorgeous robo-girls with robo-racks. Yes, they are all hot, but be warned: These cyber sexpots have nefarious plans!

This 1983 movie is a sleepy sci-fi cult classic. Produced by Roger Corman, this exploitation flick stars Klaus Kinski as a mad scientist who builds robot companions. He is inspired to make his first female android and she is smokin' hot. She is played by Kendra Kirchner who has a perky pair that is unobscured by her low flowing locks.
Westworld
Yes, it's a TV series. And, yes, it is filled with nude cyborgs. There are SO many sexy cyborgs who we get to see nude when they are being reprogrammed or fixed up after having been messed around with in Westworld. Actresses Thandiwe Newton,Evan Rachel Wood, and Angela Sarafyan are just a few of the human actresses who try their hooters at playing robots.
