Fox, Charlie Sheen, and the term “political comedy” don’t exactly bring to mind visions of skin, but the dearly departed sitcom Spin City boasts a surprising amount of flesh, especially for primetime! Denise Richards, Heidi Klum, and Jennifer Esposito all cropped up to sexify the series, but things really took a sexy “spin” when perennial hottie Heather Locklear joined the cast in 1999.
