Now thanks to directors Marlo McKenzie and Jonathan Parker (and a slew of producers that include Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich), Carol Doda’s story is being told amidst footage of the trendsetting babe’s most boobalicious moments. The filmmakers use Carol’s rise to fame as a jumping-off point to examine cultural shifts and historical moments of the 1960s, like the invention of the monokini, which Carol popularized by performing in one for her act. In addition to video of fellow skin-tertainer Judy Marmou, who used live animals for a time whenever she was topless, the doc also delves into Carol’s use of silicon injections, which she claims brought her from B cups to double Ds and made her bouncing bumpers "two of the City's most famous landmarks."
