Phantasm: Ravager (2016)

In what is billed as the final installment to the long-running horror series, Phantasm: Ravager (2016) finds a man named Reggie (Reggie Bannister) wandering the desert in search of the fabled The Tall Man (Angus Scrimm). As his search draws him closer, he finds himself being hunted by the famous Phantasm death spheres. When he seeks then finds a friend of his, the two learn that they are actually in a mental institution that may or may not be in a different dimension.

Dawn Cody will give you a phantgasm when you see her perky flesh spears as she tucks a sleeping old guy in while in her pajamas. She is in some baggy pants, but she does sport a skin tight shirt that lets us see her pert pair and perky nips.
