Much like last week, you have to go back a ways to find big movies with nudity in them being released in the midst of summer movie season. Thankfully we've got some indie flicks from this past decade and two big-time movies from the 80s all with nudity and all released on June 10 in Movie Nudity History!

2016: Careful What You Wish For

I know what you're thinking... this isn't a real movie, is it? Well, in fact, it is and it stars a Jonas Brother. Wrap your head around that one. Nick Jonas stars as an aimless college student who loves nothing more than hooking up with married women. He's in luck, then, when Isabel Lucas moves next door with her deadbeat husband Dermot Mulroney. The two begin a torrid affair but when Mulroney turns up dead, all eyes are on Jonas andLucas, who have more than enough motive to have gotten him out of the way.

The flick was apparently shot in 2014 with an eye toward a 2015 release and though it played some festivals that year, it didn't get released until this day four years ago. The only reason worth checking this flick out is to see some brief but beautiful TA from Isabel Lucas during one of her many rendezvous with Jonas...

2011: Bride Flight

This Dutch WWII drama tells a fictional story based on a very real thing in which Dutch women were sent to New Zealand as war brides. The film centers around three such women—fashion designer Esther (Anna Drijver), religiously devout Marjorie (Elise Schaap), and the shy but sensual Ada (Karina Smulders)—who begin their journey together and end up in very different places. Thankfully through all the turmoil and upheaval in their lives, they manage to stay close friends and confidantes, a light for one another in an increasingly dark world. Released in the Netherlands in 2008, the film took over three years to reach our shores, but good things come to those who wait!

The only bummer is that Anna Drijver and Elise Schaap keep their clothes on throughout the film's running time, and though Drijver has gone nude elsewhere, Schaap has yet to doff her duds. Thankfully Karina Smulders rides to the rescue with four nude scenes in the flick, including one of the most awkwardly sexy stripteases ever committed to film. An hour and twenty-nine minutes in, Karina strips down for her cowboy hubby, showing some phenomenal full frontal over the course of her two minute routine...

2011: Road to Nowhere

Cult film legend Monte Hellman (Two-Lane Blacktop, Cockfighter) made his return to feature filmmaking with his first directorial effort in 22 years on this day 9 years ago. The film follows an ambitious filmmaker attempting to direct a film about a notorious real-life murder. He casts an unknown actress (played by Shannyn Sossamon) who bears a striking resemblance to the real murder victim, sending the director spiraling into madness as he attempts to discover what, if any, connection there is between the two women.

Yeah, it's not great, but it's better than your average modern exploitation flick because it has a real-deal exploitation master at the helm. Perhaps the biggest disappointment about the film, however, is that it lacks any substantive nudity. Dominique Swain was several years removed from her nude debut at this point and wouldn't return to nudity for another seven years, but she does show up looking sexy in the flick...

1988: The Presidio

On this day 32 years ago, Sean Connery (hot off his Oscar win for The Untouchables) and Mark Harmon (hot off of Summer School) teamed up for this intriguing thriller that's awfully fun to say when affecting Connery's Scottish brogue. Directed by Peter Hyams (2010, Timecop), the film centers around a San Francisco cop (Harmon) sent to investigate the murder of two of his fellow officers at the titular Army base run by Connery. The two have a history with Connery having once been Harmon's superior officer, though their relationship ended on bad terms. This mismatched pair is going to have to put their differences aside, however, to uncover a conspiracy that threatens the very fabric of their existence.

The film opened just a week after Bigand wasn't a huge commercial success, but it did help establish Meg Ryan as a star on the rise! Ryan co-stars as Connery's daughter, who shacks up with Harmon, much to Connery's chagrin. An hour and twelve minutes in, Meg Ryan does her first proper nude scene—following a brief nip slip in the prior year's Promised Land—baring her right breast while straddling Harmon in bed...

1983: Octopussy

Finally, 37 years ago today brought Roger Moore's penultimate outing as 007 with Octopussy, the first of two Bond films released that year with the Sean Connery-starring non-canon flick Never Say Never Again following four months later. Maud Adams became the third actress, following Martine Beswick and Nadja Regin, to appear in two different roles in two different Bond films, playing the titular femme fatale in this flick after appearing as the ill-fated Andrea Anders in The Man with the Golden Gun.

Bond movies have never been great sources for nudity as its mostlyeither accidentalor shot from so far away you can't tell if you're seeing a body double or not. We're honestly still not sure if Maud Adams used a double for her nude scene, baring her ass as she emerges nude from a pool, but she is topless later in the film, it's just shot so that you can't see anything...
