With the summer movie season usually in full swing by the first week in June, we're left to turn to counter-programming flicks to find some great nudity and we've got four movies this week that fit that bill to a t! Read on to find out more about these four films released on June 3 in Movie Nudity History!

2011: Beginners

Christopher Plummer won his first Oscar for this touching romantic drama where he plays an older man who comes out of the closet following the death of his wife, much to the consternation of his adult son, Ewan McGregor. Ewan's got problems of his own, however, namely that he's unlucky in love—I know, poor hunk, right? His fortunes change one night early in the film when he attends a party and meets a shy French actress, played by the gorgeous Mélanie Laurent, although their relationship goes through a tumultuous series of ups and downs, exacerbated by his father's terminal cancer diagnosis.

Sure, it may not sound like a good time, but thiskind-hearted film manages to strike a nice balance between the sweet and the bittersweet, thanks in no small part to Plummer's brilliant performance. An hour and three minutes in, we get a brief look at Mélanie Laurent's breasts when she throws on a shirt in front of her dog—who is also one of the best dog actors you'll ever see in a flick...

2011: Beautiful Boy

While Beginners manages to strike a nice balance between comedy and tragedy, the other film released on this day 9 years ago leans much more heavily into the tragedy. Beautiful Boy centers on a couple played by Michael Sheen and Maria Bello, who divorce after a long and miserable marriage, though it doesn't help either of them to foster a better relationship with their college-bound son. Things take a dark turn when their son commits a mass shooting at his college, bringing the estranged couple back together under the worst possible circumstances.

Yeah, it's a grim one and no amount of sex or nudity will make it any easier to get through, particularly in this film when the nude scenes take up a grand total of 11 seconds of screen time. Stick to MrSkin.com where we've fast-forwarded to the good parts, which involve some brief looks at the always amazing Maria Bello's breasts...

1983: The Man with Two Brains

Arguably the best film released on June 3 is this Carl Reiner/Steve Martin comedy classic, their third of four films together in five years, a takeoff on the mad scientist flicks of the atomic age. Martin plays a brilliant brain surgeon namedDr. Michael Hfuhruhurr who, while mourning the loss of his beloved wife Rebecca, accidentally hits Dolores Benedict (Kathleen Turner) with his car. Using his revolutionary brain technique, he manages to save her life and as she recovers, he begins to fall for her. Little does he know that she's a vicious gold digger who is out to get to his money and leave him in ruins.

Things only get more complicated from there when Dr. Hfuhruhurr forms a telepathic connection with the brain of another woman (voiced by Sissy Spacek) and he frantically searches for a new body in which to put her superior brain. There's also a serial killer on the loose known as The Elevator Killer, further complicating the already labyrinthine plot. It's madcap insanity, but what more would you expect from the team that brought us The Jerk, Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid, and All of Me?

Sadly, although she has gone nude plenty of times elsewhere, Kathleen Turner used a body double for her nude scene in the flick...

However, Randi Brooks comes to the rescue in the third act when Martin is looking for the perfect host body for the brain. She goes topless once on the street when flashing Martin, then again when they get up to the hotel room and she graces us with the world's worst rendition of "Duke of Earl"...

1983: Psycho II

Finally, the long-rumored sequel to Alfred Hitchcock's 1960 masterpiece of suspense finally hit theaters on this day 37 years ago with Psycho II! Though Hitch was long gone by then, Anthony Perkins returned for the first of three sequels, reprising his role as Norman Bates and bringing things into the 80s. Vera Miles was also back as Lila Crane, sister of the murdered Marion, who opposes Bates' release from a psychiatric hospital, and whose worst fears seem to be confirmed when a new murder spree gets underway.

Norman crosses paths with a waitress named Mary (Meg Tilly), whom he offers to let stay at the Bates Motel when she is kicked out of her place. Seemingly charmed by this total psychopath, Mary consistently provides cover for Norman when the bodies begin piling up, leading many to question her own motives. As it turns out, she's actually Lila's daughter and the two have been working in tandem to set Norman up for another psychotic breakdown.

Of course, it wouldn't be Psycho without a shower scene, though Meg Tilly decided to use a body double for the scene. Nevertheless, it's one of many factors that contribute to Norman's reawakening, and there just wouldn't be a film without it...
