MR. SKIN CHALLENGE CONTEST
OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. ODDS OF WINNING DEPENDENT UPON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED.

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories and possessions) who are 21 years of age or older at the time of Contest registration. Employees, officers and directors of SK Intertainment, Inc. (the "Administrator"), its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, the "Contest Parties") their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Contest. By entering the Contest, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges and Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or in association with, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. By entering, you confirm that you release, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram of responsibility, and agree to their terms of use. Furthermore, by entering, you understand that you are providing your information to the Administrator and not Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST:

There are three (3) phases of the Mr. Skin Challenge Contest, which are outlined below (collectively, "Contest Period").

Phase 1 - Contest Entry: This phase of the Contest begins at 12:00 AM (Noon) CST on April 17, 2020 and ends at 11:59 AM CST on May 1, 2020.
1. Via Facebook: To enter via Facebook, you must "Like" the Mr. Skin and/or Mr. Man Facebook page, located respectively at https://www.facebook.com/mrskincelebs and https://www.facebook.com/mrmancelebs, and post a sketch, drawing or painting that complies with the Submission Requirements set forth in these Official Rules ("Submission") by commenting on the Mr. Skin Challenge pinned post on either of the foregoing Facebook pages. In order for your Submission to be eligible, you must include the hashtag #MrSkinChallenge (the "Hashtag") along with it.
2. Via Twitter: To enter via Twitter, you must be following the @MrSkinCeleb and/or @MrMan Twitter feed, and post your Submission by replying to the Mr. Skin Challenge pinned tweet on either of the foregoing Twitter feeds. In order for your Submission to be eligible, you must include the Hashtag along with it and keep your Twitter profile public during the Contest Period.
3. Via Instagram: To enter via Instagram, you must be following the @MrSkinCelebs and/or @MrMan Instagram feed and post your Submission on your Instagram feed. In order for your Submission to be eligible, you must include the Hashtag along with it and keep your Twitter profile public during the Contest Period.
Use of the Hashtag constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules. All elements (i.e., Submission, entry form, personal information, Hashtag) of your entry (regardless of method of entry) are collectively referred to herein as the "Entry". Any Entry will be considered final and may not be modified. Only Entries entered via one of the aforementioned methods of entry will be accepted. For your Entry to be eligible, it must be completed as instructed.

You acknowledge and agree that Administrator may receive many Submissions in this Contest and that other Submissions may be similar or identical in theme, idea, format or other respects to your Submission and you waive any and all claims you may have had, may have, and/or may have in the future that any Submission accepted, reviewed and/or used by the Contest Parties, the Judges, or their respective officers, directors, employees and agents may be similar to or the same as your Submission. You acknowledge and agree that the Administrator, judges, their affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents do not have now, nor shall any of them have in the future, any duty or liability, direct or indirect, vicarious, contributory, or otherwise, with respect to the non-infringement or protection of any copyright, trademark, patent, or any other claimed right or interest in and to Contestant's Submission.
REQUIREMENTS OF CONTEST ENTRIES ("Submission Requirements"): Entries may not contain, as determined by the Administrator, in its sole discretion, any content that:
- is violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group;
- promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; promotes any particular political agenda or message;
- is obscene;
- endorses any form of hate or hate group;
- appears to duplicate any other Submission;
- defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies;
- contains third-party trademarks, logos, or trade dress (such as distinctive packaging or building exteriors/interiors);
- contains any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses;
- contains third-party copyrighted materials (including photographs, sculptures, paintings, and other works of art or images published on or in websites, television, movies or other media);
- contains the likeness of any individual under the age of 18 years;
- and/or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
By submitting your Entry, you grant the Contest Parties and their designees an exclusive, non-revocable, perpetual, sublicensable, worldwide, royalty-free license to edit, publish, exploit and use your Submission (or any portion thereof) in any way and in any media for advertising and trade purposes and for any other purpose in any media or format, online or offline, now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification from/to you or any third party.

By submitting your Entry, you represent and warrant that your Submission is original to you, has not been previously published, and does not violate any applicable laws or regulations or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including any copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property. You agree to indemnify and hold the Contest Parties harmless from and against any costs, liabilities, damages and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from a breach of the foregoing warranties.
LIMIT: Entrants may submit one (1) Submission per social media account [one (1) for Facebook, one (1) for Instagram and one (1) for Twitter] for a total of three (3) Entries, provided a different Submission is used for each Entry. Any attempt to abuse or manipulate entries may result in disqualification at Administrator's sole discretion.

Phase 2 - Preliminary Judging: This phase of the Contest begins at 12:00 PM (Noon) CST on May 1, 2020 and ends at 12:00 PM (Noon) CST on May 3, 2020 ("Judging Phase"). Ten (10) finalists ("Finalists") will be selected by a panel of qualified judges from all eligible Entries. All Entries will be judged based on the following criteria: (75%) Creativity/originality of concept; (15%) Humor and delivery of the concept; (10%) Clarity of the delivery of the concept. The ten (10) Entries with the highest scores will be deemed the finalists, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. In the event of a tie, Administrator will determine the finalist(s) based on the criteria listed herein. Administrator reserves the right to advance fewer than ten (10) finalists to the Public Voting Phase if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Entries.

Finalist Notification: Finalists will receive notification via electronic mail, on or about May 3, 2020, and will have 24 hours to confirm that the notification has been received. If any potential Finalist cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period; is ineligible; if any notification is returned undeliverable; or if a potential Finalist otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, the runner-up with the next highest score based on above criteria will take his/her place as Finalist.

Phase 3 - Public Voting/Judging: This phase of the Contest begins at 12:00 PM (Noon) CST on May 5, 2020 and ends at 11:59 PM CST on May 11, 2020 ("Public Voting Phase"). Finalists' Entries will be uploaded to the www.mrskin.com and www.mrman.com websites ("Contest Websites") where eligible users of the applicable Contest Website who are 21 years of age or older will be able to view the Finalists' Entries and judge them based on the criteria listed above and vote for their favorite. Limit one (1) vote per person and per email address during the Public Voting Period. Votes received from any person or email address in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Finalists are prohibited from obtaining votes by any fraudulent or inappropriate means, including, without limitation, offering prizes or other inducements to members of the public, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion. The three (3) finalist with the highest number of valid votes at the end of the Public Voting Phase, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion, will be deemed the "Winners", subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. In the event of a tie, the tie will be broken based on which Finalist received the highest score in the Judging Phase. Use of script, macro or other automated system to vote or with the intent to impair the integrity of the voting process is prohibited and all such votes will be void. The Winners will be announced on the Contest Websites on or about May 17, 2020.

Winner Notification: Winners will receive prize notification via electronic mail on or about May 12, 2020 and will have 24 hours from time of receipt of winning notification to confirm that the notification has been received. After confirming notification receipt, the Winners will be sent via electronic mail an Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance and a W9 form. As a condition to receipt of the Prize, these forms must be completed, signed and returned to Administrator via electronic mail within three (3) days of date of issuance. If any Winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period; is ineligible; if any notification is returned undeliverable; or if a Winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and the prize will be awarded to the runner-up with the next highest vote total.
CONTEST PRIZE: one (1) check for $1,200 to each confirmed Winner.

Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") for the Contest Prizes is: $3,600.00.
GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: Limit one (1) Prize per person and per email address. Prizes will only be awarded by Administrator upon potential Winners' verification of eligibility and final approval by Administrator. No prize substitution, cash equivalent of prizes, transfer or assignment of prizes is permitted, except by Administrator which reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value, in its sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Administrator's sole discretion.
MISCELLANEOUS: Contest Parties are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, corrupted, stolen, garbled, damaged, delayed, undelivered or misdirected entries, all of which are void. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry or associated with the social media account through which the Entry is submitted, and he/she must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. By entering the Contest, you recognize and agree that use of your registration information will be governed by Administrator's privacy policy found at https://www.mrskin.com/help/privacy. A 1099 tax form will be issued to each winner who wins a prize that is greater than $600 in value. By accepting a Prize, Winners grant Administrator the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use universe-wide in any media now known or later developed, the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, city and state of residence, and biographical information for any purpose, including but not limited to, in advertisements, publicity, and other communications, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law. All entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and judges shall be binding and final.
RELEASE: As a condition of entering the Contest, you agree that (1) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form class action; and (3) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event will you be entitled to receive attorneys' fees. BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND HOLD HARMLESS Contest Parties AND THE RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND AGENTS OF EACH, FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, WHICH MAY BE DUE TO OR ARISE OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST OR ANY PORTION THEREOF, OR THE ACCEPTANCE, USE/MISUSE OR POSSESSION OF PRIZES. YOU WAIVE ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
DISCLAIMER: Contest Parties are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in these Official Rules or in any Contest-related materials. Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual that tampers with the entry process. Administrator also reserves the right to terminate, suspend, cancel or modify the Contest and award the Prizes among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received as of the date of termination using the judging procedure outlined above if for any reason this Contest is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, fraud, unauthorized intervention, non-authorized intervention, technical failures or other causes that may corrupt or impair the integrity, fairness or proper play of the Contest. Contest Parties are not responsible or liable for any events which may cause errors and/or the Contest to be stopped, including but not limited to any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, nor are they responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or cable, satellite, or Internet Service Providers (ISP), computer equipment, software or any other failure of any email or entry to be received by Administrator on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Contest or downloading any materials in this Contest. Contest Parties are not responsible for computer, mechanical, technical, electronic, network or other errors or problems, including any errors or problems that may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing or judging of entries, the incorrect uploading of content, the tabulation of votes, or in any other Contest-related materials. The Administrator may stop you from participating in this Contest if Administrator determines in its sole discretion that you violate Official Rules or act: (a) in a manner Administrator determines to be not fair; (b) with an intent to annoy, threaten or harass any other entrant or the Administrator; or (c) in any other disruptive manner. Should more Prizes be awarded through a computer, hardware, or software malfunction, error or failure, or for any other reason, than are stated for that category in the Official Rules, Administrator reserves the right to award only the number of Prizes stated in the Official Rules. In no event will more Prizes be awarded than those listed in Section 3 above. Administrator reserves the right to award fewer Prizes if the quality or quantity of eligible entries is insufficient.

CAUTION: ANY ACT OR ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, CONTEST PARTIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL(S) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants or winners, Administrator, and administrator in connection with this Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to the Contest or these Official Rules shall be brought only in the courts of the State of Illinois. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non-conveniens or lack of personal jurisdiction.
TAX INFORMATION: All federal, state, local, and other taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner.
