Born Kaliya Ashley Ross in Roswell, Georgia, this racy rapper began writing songs at age 12 and first gained popularity thru the video app TikTok. Kali’s debut mixtape This Why They Mad Now came out in January of 2021 with the follow up Toxic Chocolate coming out in March of 2022, right after going on tour with fellow rappers Latto, Saucy Santana, and Asianae. Some of her well known singles include “Do a Bitch”, “Mmm Mmm”, “Standards”, the viral hit “Area Codes”, and her collaboration with the K-pop band Fifty Fifty “Barbie Dreams”, which was part of the Barbie movie soundtrack. In 2023, Kaliii received her first MTV Video Award nomination for Best New Artist, and although she lost to Ice Spice, she looked super hot in her orange dress with a plunging neckline that could barely contain her cleavage, and turned out a stellar performance of “Area Codes” complete with red fringe and that juicy, twerking booty.
