Higher Ground

A wealthy stockbroker becomes headmaster at a school for ‘troubled teens’ in this short-lived ABC series. Expect the typical ‘after school special’ machinations, as each character goes through his own personal strife: alcoholism, drug abuse, abused as a kid, etc. All that fun stuff. Worthy of note mainly because of its quick demise, this one also uncovered a few soon-to-be-somebody’s, most notably Hayden Christensen (who would go on to do a few Star Wars movies) and A.J. Cook - who would go on to star in… Final Destination 2.
