Everything Sucks! (2018)

The Netflix series Everything Sucks! (2018) is a lot like Netflix’s other series Stranger Things (2016-2023) except it’s set in 1996, doesn’t include parallel universe monsters, and wasn’t as successful — which sucks for Everything Sucks! since it was canceled after one season. But just because the show was short-lived doesn’t mean it won’t make you long in the pants! The streaming comedy centers around Kate Messner (Peyton Kennedy) and Luke O’Neil (Jahi Di’Allo Winston) as they try to navigate the universally awkward world of high school. Kate is coming to terms with being a lesbian — like when she smooched a nose-ring girl (Sarah Winsor). Alas, Luke is in love with Kate. And both are part of the A.V. Club which is feuding with the Drama Club. If that’s not causing enough angst, Kate’s dad (Patch Darragh) is the school principal — and is dating Luke’s mother (Claudine Mboligikpelani)! Of course, we can hardly blame him since the mamtastic MILF really knows how to fill out her silky lingerie and skintight swimsuit. Speaking of bathing beauties, our interest (among other things) really perked up when Emaline (Sydney Sweeney) strutted her stuff in an itsy bitsy teeny weeny bikini. The post-puberty character has huge boobs and an equally big attitude. Breast of all, chest fans have the chance to glance at this curvaceous babe in all manner of undress. Throughout the course of the sitcom, her bra-clad rack literally pops up. Suffice it to say, looking at Sydney’s cleavage does not suck!
