Just seeing the name Deborah Gibson, aka Debbie Gibson, brings up all kinds of warm fuzzies and toe-tapping, head-bopping, and other involuntary body movements. A musical prodigy, she hit the music charts and radio airwaves everywhere in 1986, when the blonde-headed singer was only 16-years old, grabbing everyone’s attention with her self-penned hit “Only In My Dreams.” Her song “Foolish Beat” got her in the Guinness Book of World Records as the youngest artist ever to write, produce, and perform a number-one song.
