Annie Grindlay had her first screen acting gig in the late 80s for the horror movie Lurkers (1988). Like most young actresses just starting out, she had to go through the rights of passage of doing a nude scene, so in a very quick segment when she and another girl are in an artist’s studio, the two whip their jugs out of their bras, allowing a few seconds of quick inspection. From there Annie went on to do couple more movies, but mostly TV shows in the years between then and now, appearing on programs like Babylon 5, Murphy Brown, ER, Boston Public, and Blind Justice, just to name a few. Nowadays most of her work is focused on her very own actor’s studio, The Annie Grindaly Studio in Los Angeles. She’s put many young actors on the path toward TV show fame since its inception.
