Zack Snyder's Justice League (2021)

Tragic personal circumstances prevented director Zack Snyder from being able to finish his vision for his follow-up to Man of Steel (2013) and Batman v Superman (2016). The Justice League film released in 2017 may have bore Snyder's name, but it was far from Snyder's complete vision. When HBO Max launched in 2020, they knew they needed some hot exclusive content to bring in the subscribers and thus was born Zack Snyder's Justice League (2021). Running double the length of the 2017 film, Snyder's gathering of the heaviest hitters in the DC Universe can be viewed as one four film or in six Snyder-approved chapters and an epilogue. The film carries the same basic premise, following the death of Superman (Henry Cavill), his newfound allies Batman (Ben Affleck) and Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) set out to assemble a team of superheroes to protect the Earth now that the big blue boy scout's death has left the planet vulnerable to attack from Darkseid and his evil forces of the planet Apokolips. Bruce and Diana set out to convince Aquaman (Jason Momoa), The Flash (Ezra Miller), and Cyborg (Ray Fisher) to join their cause and fight to protect the universe. As one might expect from a Zack Snyder superhero movie, the eroticism is decidedly not of the hetero-variety, but there is plenty of cleavage from Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman along with a similarly cleavaged-out costume for Aquaman's lady Mera (Amber Heard), but this isn't the sort of action with which Snyder's concerned himself. This one's strictly for the fans!
