Players (2024)

Gina Rodriguez basically plays a female Barney Stinson from HIMYM, coming up with elaborate schemes to get strangers into bed for a one-night stand. Her character Mack, a NYC sports writer, does this along with her equally fraudulent pals Adam (Damon Wayans Jr.), Brannagan (Augustus Prew) and Little (Joel Courtney), but then a wrench is thrown into the gears of their nighttime routine when she develops feelings for one of her flings, played by Tom Ellis. There’s a scene with him where he strips off her pants and we get a glimpse of her underwear before the camera focuses on her facial reactions as he eats her out, but before that Gina jumps on a Jason Momoa-esque type while just in her bra and panties. Don’t hate the Players, hate the game… of teasing us with steamy sex scenes without nudity!
